Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager, act as a liaison between technology and business lines for the creation and specification of business requirements (following EPO or other approved standard, templates, and practices) regarding new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with business associates to identify and outline business requirements.
  • Participates in the planning and definition of the testing strategy including the validation of test cases against specified pass/fail criteria.
  • Prepares communication as necessary for technology and business lines.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience plus 3-5 years in Information Technology and financial or related industry
  • Strong data management experience
  • Experience with Call Center data preferred
