College of Engineering at Dhofar University, Oman is looking for faculty at Assistant/Associate Professor level positions in the following Departments: Architectural Engineering (Building Systems Design), Chemical Engineering (Reaction Engg and Advanced Catalysis Engg), Civil & Environmental Engineering (Geotechnical Engg, Transportation Engg, Structural Engg and Construction Management), Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering (Electrical & Electronics Engg and Computer Engg) and Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering (Manufacturing Process, Composite Materials, FE method, Materials Sciences).
The candidates are expected to teach courses at master and bachelor levels and supervise student research projects, and perform associated administration duties. Minimum qualification required for these positions is PhD with Master and Bachelor degrees in the core disciplines. Candidates are also expected to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience at university level.
