Our office inGreen Bay, Wisconsin is looking for anEnvironmental/Agricultural Engineer to join the Environmental Services Group focusing on our Food & Agriculture Business. As an Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally by working in highly collaborative teams to identify, design and execute cutting edge solutions for our clients.

In This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Develop project scope and deliverables with our clients to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Perform site visits to verify design criteria, collect data and document construction completion details in accordance with specified engineering plans
  • Coordinate project activities with our clients, vendors and contractors
  • Perform field work at various agricultural/industrial facilities
  • Assist with preparation of technical correspondence, project proposals, cost estimates, technical reports, work plans, and project specifications
  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following engineering fields: Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Agricultural or Water Resources
  • No more than 5 years of experience in engineering or environmental related field
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
  • Construction experience would be considered an asset
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with project team members, regulators and clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Self-starter, flexible team player and willingness/ability to work on a wide variety of tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and sound technical judgment
  • High ethical standards committed to producing high quality work
