Finance Manager; Isle of Wight; £25.84/hr LTD; Contract
Applications are invited for an opportunity based at our client’s site in East Cowes, overseeing the preparation of accounts and management of costs for the Cowes business. Key responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly and annual accounts from the Cowes ERP System
Management statistics and reports
Corporation tax and VAT compliance and oversight of returns
Capital expenditure business cases and reporting
Oversight of cash receipts and payments to ensure accurate cash forecasts are submitted
Completion of National Statistic and other Regulatory returns as required
Provide support to the Finance Team as required
Maintain the integrity of the financial controls of the Cowes reporting unit and ensure compliance with the company reporting controls
Preparation and submission of the monthly FX Forecasts
Management of the Purchase Ledger section including purchase invoice payments and GRNI clearance and supplier reconciliations
Candidates must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), and have previous experience of working within a multi-site organisation as part of a large Finance Team.
Experience of ERP Systems would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
Successful candidates will be strong team players, with good technical accountancy skills along with accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels is an essential requirement for this role, together with an enthusiastic and innovative approach.

Please note that the rate advertised is a limited rate per hour. PAYE rate is £20.00/hr
