Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group, an interactive agency in Rockville, MD, is looking for a Designer to join our Creative team. This position is responsible for delivering a high volume of diverse design projects in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. Ideally, our candidate will be a team player, effectively juggling multiple hats and adhering to tight schedules with enthusiasm and grace. This is a highly rewarding position, with the ability to work on some of the best-known brands, nationally and internationally.

SKILL SET:

  • Strong portfolio with branding and interactive projects
  • 3-5 years of experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Highly motivated to produce excellent creative for various mediums and diverse clients
  • An innovative approach to design
  • Superior conceptual skills
  • A strategic intellect and collaborative spirit
  • Strong typographic skills
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions
  • Work with Traffic Manager to prioritize to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow, as well as contribute ideas
  • Writing ability a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Go above and beyond the job description and always over-deliver
  • Proficient in: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
