Job Description:
- Prepare and record accounting transactions related to multiple accounting functions and maintain corresponding subledgers.
- Assist in collecting outstanding balances
- Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in the fulfillment of the position's responsibilities
- Daily processing of invoices and remit invoices to external customers
- Assist sales team in resolving customer account issues
- Daily reconciliation of bank statement files
- Maintain company travel agency account
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience interacting with customers in an inside sales or customer service environment
- Experience using Oracle ERP
- Proficient use of MS Office products
- Manufacturing experience preferred
