Summary:
Under the direction of the Employer Relations Manager, this position interacts with employers offering full-time and degree-related opportunities. Coordinates collection of payments as well as documentation, recording, invoicing, providing receipts, etc. Assists with Information Sessions and Interview Sessions in setting up Handshake events and interviews, monitoring deadlines, preparing interview packets, room prep, sign set up, reminder calls, Jotform preparation, employer coordination and information distribution to relevant parties. Assists with Super Events in preparation of agenda, Jotforms, and coordination of events. Participates in employer relations by assisting and greeting employers at Fairs, Expos, Interviews, Information Sessions, and visits on campus, etc. Assists with documentation, calendars for partners, and scheduling opportunities
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus six months to one year of related experience is required.
