Job Description:
The Department of Sociology, Egyptology and Anthropology (SEA) at the American University in Cairo (AUC) is seeking to recruit an adjunct faculty member in the field of Egyptology, starting in the Spring of 2020. The specific class that the candidate is being recruited for is Ancient Egyptian Architecture for Architects. Two sections are offered in the fall and one in the spring. The candidate should be able to teach other courses as well, but the main focus is architecture.

Requirements:
Applicants should have their Ph.D. in hand or be ABD, although the former is preferable, and some teaching experience.
