About the Client Delivery Team:
This position is part of our Client Delivery Team. Our Client Delivery Team spends 100% of their time at the client's location while they ramp up with the client. The ramp up period for any given project is typically around 3 months. For the Project Manager, this could be longer (or shorter) depending on your ability to get up to speed with Feedzai's technology and the client themselves. After the initial 100% on-site ramp up period, you will be traveling 50% of the time which typically breaks down to 1 week at client location and 1 week remote of work. Projects are typically 9-12 months long. After the project ends you will be assigned a new project and start the 100% on-site ramp up period again for the new project which can be anywhere in the USA. Our Client Delivery Team will be working on new challenges for every client. This requires a Project Manager who loves finding unique solutions for each of our clients

The Senior Project Manager role requires a combination of Technical and Client Engagement skills. Individuals in this role must combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through pre-sales, kick off, and deployment. Project Managers are the client’s primary point of contact, so you must have strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business terms.
The ideal Senior Project manager is able to juggle multiple priorities, which include but are not limited to; project planning, risk management, internal/external communication, and oversight of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand client requirements and prioritize them with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a Project Manager who is a clear communicator, incredibly organized and demonstrates strong passion for project delivery.
