CRF Health has enjoyed great success over the last few years which has been driven by talented, dedicated staff who have delivered products and services of value to our customers.

It is people who are at the heart of this business. Our future is dependent on us being able to attract talented people like yourselves. The demand for talent in current locations is strong so we need to give ourselves access to new pools of skilled people. We have now selected Iasi, Romania for our new location that will open up an additional talent pool and help us add in new resources in a timely way. This new office to be a fully integrated part of our existing and proposed new business and we intend to put staff from most streams into this office over time. We have commenced recruitment for the first tranche of people and are undertaking interviews in January and February for R&D staff - Software Designers, Software Architects, Product Owners, Team Managers and Testing Engineers. This will be closely followed by recruiting Qliksense specialists and other roles will soon follow.

Our first recruits will be undergoing the Induction in the UK and then a bespoke training programme in Helsinki and will start with us in early March and then be located in Iasi in April 2017 in newly furbished offices. This is an exciting time for CRF Health and as you can imagine, there is a lot of elements to put in place to ensure that this happens.

To support our Programme Director and co-ordinate activities of various subject matter experts, we are recruiting a combined Project Manager/Business Analyst. This will be a hands-on role and will complement the existing skills base in the organisation. The Programme Director has been intrinsic to helping CRF Health select the location (Iasi, Romania), identify a building, identify suppliers for the build and the recruitment of personnel, work closely with our HR team, business streams and external advisors to ensure that all we require is in place.

Continuing work is required on:

  • With the business units and Finance, finalising the headcount planning - what roles for what teams be recruited at what time for the new location.
  • Working with the Landlord, Architects and the Builders in the design and layout of the offices and its subsequent build and ensuring we have the right facilities (from desks to kitchens) in place for when the office "opens for business"
  • Interfacing with HR and Talent Acquisition to close down on aspects around employment contracts, the benefits package, the induction programme, team and individual training programmes, recruitment activity and supplier management.
  • Liaise with CRF Health departments and outside companies and authorities to ensure that all goes smoothly in the roll out of the new location.

The remit is wide and vital. We are looking for an individual, adept at bringing different aspects to the creation of a new office together - people, infrastructure and communication.
