Job Summary
AECOM is currently seeking an experienced Architect for our Kolkata Metro Project. The successful candidate will work on the architectural design of the project.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows -
Conceptualizing and design Master plans of Metro stations.
Preparation of concept designing, tender drawings, detailed drawings, Interior design development.
Coordination with other disciplines Structure, MEP & other services for Metro Stations.
Prepare Architectural working & submission drawings as per requirements of Metro Station.
Feasibility study of property development in and around the stations.
Detail drawings for required area, sectioning and coordination.
Other miscellaneous work like comments in structural drawings as per Architectural drawings and comments in Architectural drawings as per structural drawings use of overlapping method.
NFPA Analysis for Architectural Design compliance
Minimum Requirements
Should have 6-8 years of experience in Architectural design.
Should be Bachelors in Architecture.
Experience in underground metro station is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Architecture
working knowledge of Revit architecture
