Leadership of National Marketing Campaign Reporting – Oversee data inquiry, KPI scorecard development, customer insight generation, campaign planning recommendations, and weekly marketing performance reporting
Marketing Mix Placement and Evaluation – Conduct post-event analyses to evaluate marketing impact and opportunity, analyze YoY trends, sales performance, redemption and response patterns
Customer Analytics – Lead analysis of customer behavioral trends, patterns and opportunities. Define targeting and segmentation strategy. Analyze and report on marketing events, customer trends and channel impact - Provide on-going market, customer and event analysis and recommendations
Business Reporting for Weekly Events –Provide business intelligence reporting.Conduct performance reporting on sales, traffic, coupons, direct mail redemptions, customer segment performance and division-specific results
Direct Marketing Leadership and Execution – Serve as chief steward for the direct mail and email modeling, targeting, measurement and evaluation. Provide methods of optimization to increase response rates and ROI
Preferred Customer Program – Manage and grow the Preferred Customer and Elite Customer Loyalty Programs. Oversee the operation of our best customer marketing program
Key Agency Relationships –Maintain relationships with CRM and data management agency, digital and email vendor
Marketing Specialist Leadership – Provide guidance, support and supervision for a direct report. Traffic and Grand Opening reporting, marketing performance measurement. Gift Card Marketing, Planning, Merchandising and Partner Optimization
Marketing Event Performance – Manage evaluations and updates for in-market placement of marketing and media
CRM Program Management – Guide the systems and support for our customer data, files, lists and reports that are instrumental to our ability to grow relevance and efficiency in direct relationships. Work with database partner in campaign development and reporting; synthesize and translate campaign reporting into meaningful strategic direction for the marketing team and the general enterprise. Extend strategies into all direct communication including email. Partner with database management vendor in all aspects of housing the base, including input and outflow feeds, hygiene, updates and all formatting, business rules and organization of data. Facilitate list pulls including scheduling, content, format and delivery to execution partner
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
5 years of work experience in CRM/direct marketing, customer relationship marketing, email marketing, ideally for the retail industry
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates successful influencing skills
Strong project management skills
Knowledge and understanding of targeting tools, consumer segments, CRM channels and processes
Experience in customer segmentation strategies
Problem-solving abilities
Demonstrates abilities in learning new skills and training others
