We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to support one of our Client teams. The role involves leading nationwide marketing efforts from launch points into customer facing moments.The role performs several functions within the team at various times and works closely with Product Marketing Managers to guide them through the marketing events/moments.
  • Manage marketing playbook and work with Product Managers closely through the launch management life-cycle.
  • Track multiple project statuses, open items, and workback schedules.
  • Coordinate release planning, assess dependencies and risks, and drive workstreams.
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple groups of stakeholders to drive project plans and processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Business/Marketing Program/Product Management with proven success leading teams through multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Experience working with marketing playbooks and templates.
  • Experience with project tracking, driving project schedules, and mitigating/escalating risks.
  • Background working in a PMO environment a strong plus including the understanding of Project/Product Management best practices.
