About The American University in Cairo:

Job Description:
The Department of Accounting anticipates an opening for a five-year faculty position at the level of Assistant/Associate/Professor for a non-tenure track fixed term appointment beginning in Fall 2019. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching undergraduate accounting courses. Specializations in cost accounting and/or tax accounting are preferred. However, all areas of accounting specializations will be considered.


Requirements:
Applicants must have a PhD in Accounting from a reputable university, preferably AACSB and/or EQUIS accredited. A record of an active research agenda, teaching/industry experience, and academic service is preferred. Holding relevant professional certifications is an asset.
