DESCRIPTION
The University Libraries seeks a skilled individual to join the administrative support team to serve as the primary administrative support to the Associate Director for Administrative and Financial Services. This individual will be responsible for providing support in maintaining calendar and travel for the Associate Director, creating and maintaining web pages, supporting faculty and staff recruitment and searches, preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation and may assist in the processes of promotion and tenure, sabbatical leaves, graduate assistant appointments, and faculty and staff evaluations. May manage, schedule, and coordinate workshops for internal events. This job will be filled as a level 3, or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 3. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs.
