Role Summary:
- Lead transition of work from current vendor to Astreya on assigned account
- Provide interface/status communications to client and Astreya
- Staff delivery team (interview existing team members, decide who to re-badge; interview/hire remaining team members and onboard them to the team)
- assess existing documentation and whether any additional documentation of current work/processes is required
- Oversee and direct implementation of the reporting mechanisms for calculation of SLAs; collect reports / develop dashboards capturing GUTS tickets
Specifically:
2. Establish and implement a project management system and control structure, including processes for managing Transition activities, milestones, support personnel and Deliverables status, issues, risks, changes, and quality;
3. Manage the Transition including planning, directing and monitoring all Contractor Transition activities and assigned personnel, according to the agreed schedule and processes set forth in the Transition plan;
4. Identify, address, and resolve deviations from the Transition Plan and any business and/or technical issues within the control or responsibility of Contractor that may impact the Transition;
5. Develop Transition meetings (i.e., planning, review, status) schedule with client, including the frequency and location for such meetings;
6. Coordinate and conduct Transition meetings in accordance with the established schedule;
7. Provide to client periodic written status report(s) which include information such as schedule status, progress of the Transition, issue identification, and related action plans;
8. Co-develop and define requirements related to people (e.g. single points of contact (“SPOCs”), subject matter experts (“SMEs”)), process (e.g. interview procedure with SMEs, process maps) and technology;
9. Co-develop and define the onboarding requirements;
10. Co-develop acceptance criteria for the Transition milestones
