Local Industrial Engineer Needed!!

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Greenwood manufacturing company who is hiring an Industrial Engineer. This position requires someone with a Manufacturing or Engineering degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Duties include:

  • Continually review and evaluate existing operating policies, procedures, systems, schedules, equipment, etc while overseeing modifications and improvements
  • Maintain quality through all production processes
  • Assumes accountability for the efficient, timely and profitable operation of assigned manufacturing unit and supporting functional area
  • Responsible for new product launches
  • Maintain master data for existing products
  • Utilizes lean concepts to direct process improvements, data analysis and project management
  • Establish operation policies, procedures, and practices for manufacturing area
  • Prepares BOM and routing of new or existing products in SAP, ABAKUS, and Citrix

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP applications
  • Greenbelt and/or Blackbelt training
  • CAD experience (AutoCad Preferred)
  • Manufacturing or Engineering degree
  • 5+ years of experience
