Job Description:The Center for Communications and IT Research at KFUPM is seeking to fill research position with potential candidates showing ability and desire for excellence in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) research and applications. Applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree and has 2-3 years experience in some of the following areas:
• Artificial Intelligence algorithms and their applications
• Machine Learning frameworks and libraries
• Modelling
• Various aspects of the machine learning pipeline
• Natural Language Processing and Arabic Computing
Job Responsibility:
• Conduct basic and applied research related to AI and ML• Write applied research proposals
• Publish findings in reputable peer reviewed outlets
• Build competencies in the area of AI and ML

Qualifications
Applicants must have earned Ph.D. degree from a reputed institution and demonstrate a proven track-record of successful scientific accomplishments in the area of AI and ML, exemplified by peer-reviewed publications.
