Summary

Barry University Department of Sport and Exercise Sciences is seeking two Assistant or Associate Professors for Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology beginning the Fall 2019 semester.

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the discipline and the departmental core; provide thesis mentoring, engage in Program, College, and University service, and engage in scholarly research. The candidate must also be responsive to the mission of Barry University (see Web site: http://www.barry.edu/about/mission/)

This position starts August 15th, 2019

Essential Functions

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in in the discipline and the Program core;
  • Provide thesis mentoring
  • Engage in Program, College, and University service.
  • Engage in scholarly research.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • PhD in field and
  • Eligible for CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant).
