P2S Engineering is a full-service mechanical, electrical, technology engineering firm offering feasibility, design, commissioning, energy and construction management services. P2S was founded in 1991 and is actively involved in a variety of international professional organizations. The firm currently employs 185 personnel.
We are dedicated to helping facility owners and operators maximize building performance. Our comprehensive engineering and commissioning services cover everything from simple retrofits to advanced systems designs to monitoring-based commissioning for optimized performance. Our Construction Management Division provides services to owners through agency CM, staff augmentation and on-call contracts.
P2S started a CM Division in October 2015. Firm has several open-ended contracts for agency construction management services. Firm currently has five full-time CM employees.
Responsibilities of Director of CM Position:
1. Create a vision and develop a growth plan for the CM Division
2. Expand the CM practice area by reaching out to talented individuals in the industry and coordinating with inhouse recruiter, training personnel on staff, visiting client sites on a regular basis to ensure current CM staff are meeting or exceeding client’s expectations and needs and securing CM and PM contracts
3. P2S will provide the support in terms of:
