Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a civil engineer to work with our transportation group. Responsibilities include working with the design team to assist with preparation of roadway, traffic, and right of way plans; performing design calculations; drafting reports; and calculating quantities and cost estimates. A valid driver’s license and travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering with an emphasis on transportation from an accredited four-year college or university AND a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: Microstation; InRoads or other civil design software; transportation project experience; WVDOT project experience; EIT certification.
