Duties & Responsibilities
1. Teach workshops and conductin-class presentations on mathematical concepts
2. Tutor students individually or insmall groups.
3. Assist in overseeing math supportactivities and ensure SLSC math programs support targets students’ academicneeds.
4. Recruit new qualified Math tutors.
5. Supervise and evaluate the Mathpeer tutors.
6. Assist in math-specific trainingfor tutors and SI Leaders who assist with Math courses.
7. Assist in assessment andevaluation of the Math tutoring services and creates plans for improvement.
8. Assist in creating new forms,policies, and/or procedures to facilitate better operation of the Math supportactivities.
9. Maintain and develop Mathresources such as textbooks, online tutoring, online resources, software programs& websites.
10. Provide individual academiccoaching and guidance to students and refer students to the appropriateresources.
11. Support in the implementation ofthe operational plans for the section in the line with center’s strategy.
12. Participate in the SLSC academicsupport events.
13. Participate in New StudentOrientation and college orientation sessions.
14. Assist in the development anddelivery of SLSC marketing campaigns.
15. Performs other tasks and dutiesthat may be occasionally required in order to meet the requirements of the roleand the aims of the University

Qualifications
ducation and Certifications
 Master’s degree in math, engineering, or related field is required.

Languages
 Arabic is required.
 English is required.

Experience
 Knowledge of undergraduate Math curriculum and a genuine interest in helping students is required.
