Brewery tour guides share their passion for beer. Museum guides love educating about art. YOU are fascinated by motorcyles: the history, the production, the statistics, the lifestyle. Our major motorcycle manufacturer seeks friendly, outgoing guides to facilitate "Making of a Legend" tours at the Menomonee Falls manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests in a warm, enthusiastic manner
  • Outlining and enforcing safety requirements
  • Memorizing tour script and leading the factory tour
  • Answering guest questions
  • Daily maintenance of supplies and equipment and assisting in the retail area.

Tour guides work part time and average between 20-25 hours per week, depending on the time of the year. The schedules vary and are flexible, but must have availability Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Closed for all major holidays. Perfect for an engineering student who wants a foot in the door at one of Milwaukee's premiere companies. Or a retiree or stay at home parent who loves to ride!

Requirements:

  • Previous public speaking experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people
  • Ability to memorize and deliver tour script, but not flustered by mild improvisation
