General Responsibilities:

  • The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Trust & Safety projects
  • The ideal candidate must be skilled in process creation and management, highly organized and detail oriented, able to effectively and efficiently track and manage deliverables, meet timelines and provide clear and current status to project team members and stakeholders for each effort
  • In addition, this candidate will need to be well-versed in gathering and managing business and functional requirements, producing process workflows, and be able to successfully work with multiple levels in the organization to remove roadblocks and gather the data required to produce high quality documentation to support operations and projects
  • This role is with the identity management team providing user access to applications used worldwide.
  • This role is mostly concerned with the business management portion, supporting lots of projects including automation and security governance.
  • We need help identifying security group owners for all security groups (IQ support) for 16 domains. This person will be sending emails, facilitating meetings, and tracking responses.

  • Excellent analytical skills and documentation skills, with the ability to track and manage large quantities of data in an organized manner
  • Ability to gather information from different subject matter experts, identify gaps in processes, documents, requirements and close these gaps to produce high quality deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate to multiple levels in an organization in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, research, and presentation creation

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of all or a combination of the following: ServiceNow, Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce

Work Experience and Education:

  • Minimum three years working as a Business Analyst
  • BA/BS required
  • Experience working in an identity and access management environment is preferred
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Understanding of Project Management Life Cycle and prior associated project management experience preferred

Work Site Details:

  • Work at Expedia headquarters in downtown Bellevue
  • 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, core work hours
  • 6 month contract to start, potential for extension or conversion depending on work performance and budget
  • Pay rate dependent on experience
