Position Overview: The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Merrimack College invites candidates to apply for a one-year non-tenure-track faculty appointment (Instructor) during the 2017-2018 academic year.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate for this position will be expected to teach lecture and laboratory sections for an upper level course (lecture and lab) in Biophysical chemistry (material traditionally covered in Physical Chemistry I) and lecture and laboratory sections for courses in our general chemistry sequence. These sections will be part of an overall full-time teaching load.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in chemistry or biochemistry and those with a specialization in physical chemistry are especially encouraged to apply. Permanent US work authorization and/or US Citizenship is required.
