The A&E Specialist will be responsible to oversee the production of architectural and engineering designs and documents to support the Network Real Estate and Construction Groups. Position is based in Atlanta, GA and minimal travel may be required.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Obtains and assembles data to complete architectural designs, attending site design meetings and visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessaryCoordinates with vendors to prepare construction documentation, structural analysis, charts, forms and records as neededAnalyzes and red lines construction drawings/documentsEnsures that cost, schedules and quality objectives of the market are achievedEnsures all A&E documents comply with procedures and instructions according to design specifications and quantity of required materialsReviews technical implications of design concept, calculating weights, volumes, and stress factors; building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designsAssists vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications and advising on design correctionsMaintains and update site tracker and database, ordering, and driving dates from A&E teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree required Minimum two (2) years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry Minimum two (2) years of experience in project and/or vendor management Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast paced and fluid environment Strong communications skills Self-starter and ability to work independently yet within a team context Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with intermediate level of experience with Excel Proficiency in MS Office Suite
