در سازمان هاي بزرگ حمايت از کارآفريني در همه سطوح سلسله مراتبي، براي رشد عملکرد و افزايش رقابت، موضوعي حياتي است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه هوش هيجاني و کارآفريني سازماني در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکي کرمان بود.
