Citation tracking is used to discover how many times a particular article has been cited by other articles. Citation tracking involves using citation data to measure the impact of an article and monitor the impact of research publications. Citation tracking lets you follow a particular author or paper and how it's being cited at present. Citation tracking allow you to find out which bits of your work are appreciated and used by other academics. There are a number of indexing services which keep track of citations. Example: Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), Google Scholar, ResearchGate, etc. In this workshop, I will introduce some important tools for tracking your scholarly output citations and know how often (and by whom) your paper has been cited already?.
